MARSHALL - Private memorial services for Jerry Frank Kittrell, 63, will be 
held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Meadowbrook 
Funeral Home.

Born July 2, 1944, in Opelika, Alabama, to Homer and Cora Lee Dolar Kittrell, 
he passed away October 27, 2007, in Longview.

Mr. Kittrell had lived in Longview for the past 32 years. He was one of eight 
children, six boys and two girls. He suffered for years with C.O.P.D. and 
diabetes. In the hope of finding a cure for these illnesses and preventing 
others from suffering as he did, he donated his body to science. Mr. Kittrell 
was a hero to his family.

Survivors include his son, Quillis Kittrell of Longview; daughter, Tammy 
Wynette Meadows of Longview; two brothers, William and Larry Kittrell, both 
of Alabama; sister, Betty Milyonovich of North Carolina; seven grandchildren; 
and 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be sent to a fund established at Woodforest National 
Bank (inside Wal-Mart; 903-759-0060), 2440 Gilmer Rd., Ste. 108, Longview, TX
