Lawson, Rev. Willie Morris The Rev. Willie Morris Lawson passed away Monday, July 17, 2006, at the age of 59. He was born March 19, 1947, in White Oak, to Roy Sr. and Isabella Lawson, who preceded him in death. On August 5, 1972, he married Deborah Glenn Lovell of Longview. They were married 34 years at the time of his death. The Rev. Lawson served in Mineola at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, where he was an outstanding and dynamic pastor for the last seven years. The Rev. Lawson is survived by his wife, Deborah Lovell Lawson; his mother-in-law, Zelma Lovell; his eldest son and wife, Devin and Reneita Lawson of Houston; his youngest son, Damien Lawson; and his daughter and her husband, Deidra Lawson and Foster Bradberry Jr. of Houston. Funeral services for the Rev. Willie M. Lawson will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006, at Center Baptist Church at 309 South Walnut Street in White Oak. Arch Bishop John Lawson Jr. will be officiating. Services and arrangements are being provided by Stanmore Funeral Home of Longview. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend wake services from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening, July 21, 2006, at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church on 304 South Stone Street in Mineola. The Rev.
