Little, Vera Maudelle 

KILGORE -- Vera Maudelle Little, of Kilgore, was born October 29, 1932, in Pocassitt, 
Okla. She passed away April 13, 2006, after a brief battle with cancer. She graduated 
from Kilgore High School in 1951, and worked in the family business, Phillip Little 
Insurance in Liberty City. Her primary goal in life was to share the love of Jesus 
Christ with anyone who would listen, and through her efforts, she touched hundreds of 
lives. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Phillip Wayne Little; two sons and 
their wives, Phillip and Tammie Little of Tyler, and Paul and Kim Little of Kilgore; 
two sisters, Nadine Lane of Kilgore, and Geraldine Londot of California; sister-in-law, 
Pauline Lane of Kilgore; two granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; and her beloved 
dog, Rusty. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2006, at First 
Baptist Church in Liberty City. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of East
