Long, Betty Peacock

Visitation for the family of Betty Peacock Long, 78, of Longview, 
will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday evening, October 12, 2006, at 
Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Memorial services will be held 
Saturday, October 14, 2006, in El Dorado, Arkansas. Mrs. Long 
passed away Tuesday morning, October 10, 2006, at a local hospital. 
A native of El Dorado, Arkansas, she was born June 20, 1928, and 
she was a homemaker and a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Dessie Peacock; 
a daughter, Chery Ann; and a sister, Patricia Thurston. She is 
survived by her husband, Curtis of Longview; a daughter, Vicki 
Rienhardt and husband, Dan of Marshall; a sister, Elizabeth Peacock 
Bradley of El Dorado, Arkansas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
