Langford, Ruth

Family services for Ruth Louvenia Langford, 96, of Longview, were held at Lakeview 
Mausoleum October 21, 2007. Arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home. Mrs. Langford 
died October 19, 2007, at a local care facility.

Born June 23, 1911, in Cookville, she was a homemaker, an excellent seamstress and 
loved her garden. Survivors include her son, Carol Dean VanZandt; daughter, Donna 
Whitington; brothers, Bart and Sonny Brown; and sisters, Billie Jarrett, June Witt and 
Nell Dixon.
