Lynch, John Welborn "Jack" John Welborn "Jack" Lynch, 65, of Longview, passed away September 8, 2007, at his residence in Longview. Mr. Lynch was born February 17, 1942, in Texarkana, Texas. He was the son of Jimmie and Virginia Lynch. Mr. Lynch was a graduate of Texas High, Gupton Jones College of Mortuary Science in Dallas and Texarkana College. He was a funeral director and embalmer for East Funeral Home, for many years, and Sterling Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas. He was retired from Lone Star Steel and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Survivors include his devoted wife of nearly 43 years, Sue Turbyfill Lynch of Longview; one daughter and son-in-law, Ginger and Mark Saunders of Tyler; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Natalie Lynch of Longview; one brother, Bobby Lynch of Georgetown; and five grandchildren, Rachel, Montana, Sophie and Eli Saunders, all of Tyler, and Samuel Lynch of Longview. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. today, September 9, 2007, at East Funeral Home- Downtown. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday, September 10, 2007, at East Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Services are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown in Texarkana, Texas. Local arrangements are by Rader Funeral Home in Longview.
