Miller, Keith Lee Keith Lee Miller passed away peacefully June 7, 2006, at his home after a lengthy 12-year battle with cancer. He was born October 25, 1935, in Rockford, Ill., son of Ralph and Grace Miller. He graduated in 1953 from Galena Park High School in Texas. He was employed as a carpenter for John J. Heitkotter Inc. in Montgomery, IL. Mr. Miller retired to Texas in 1996. His hobbies were old cars, NASCAR racing, the Cubs, cameras, and traveling. Keith was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Joyce; three daughters, Janet Krahn and husband, Jeff, of Montgomery, Ill., Suzanne Hansen and husband, Gary, of Georgetown, Ind., and Barbara Warnick and husband, Brian, of Gilmer; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Beverly Plant and husband, Ted, of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; a brother, Dean Miller and wife, Joyce, of Longview; two nieces; a nephew; a great-niece; and several great-nephews. A memorial service will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2006, at First Lutheran Church, 3901 Bill Owens Parkway in Longview, with Pastor Phil Fenton officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Memorial contributions in Keith's memory can be made to Greater Hospice of Texas, 1905 W. Loop 281.
