GLADEWATER -- Services for Jerry Wayne Mayfield Jr., 26, of 
Gladewater, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, December 7, 2006, at 
Croley Funeral Home Chapel of Gladewater, with Larry W. 
Osborne officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. 
Mr. Mayfield died December 3, 2006. Born October 31, 1980, 
in Fariday, La., he was a derrick hand in the oil field. 
Survivors include his mother, Allie Mayfield; brother, Melvin 
L. Mayfield; and sisters, Sherry Willis and Judy Smith. 
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
