Moon, Plina Farr Funeral services for Plina Farr Moon, 87, of Longview, will be at noon Monday, April 16, 2007, in the chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Road, with Chaplain David Reeder officiating. Interment will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Moon died Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at a local medical center. Mrs. Moon was born January 1, 1920, in Abilene, Texas, to Robert H. and Mary Farr. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Moon was preceded in death by sons, Morris Wayne West and Horace Layne West; and granddaughter, Wendy Nicole Procise. She is survived by sons, Louis Lee West Jr. of Dublin, Calif. and Kenneth Ray Polly of Longview; daughters, Betty Joyce West of Tulsa, Okla., Linda Kay Ormand of Kilgore, TX, Sharon Carr of Woodville, TX, and Karon Horn of Longview; 14 grandchildren; 22 great- grandchildren; and brothers, Charles Wayne Farr and James Ed Farr, both of Longview.
