Manning, Patricia Ogden

KILGORE - Graveside services for Patricia Ogden Manning, 77, of Kilgore, will be 10 a.m. 
Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at Kilgore City Cemetery with Dale Hendricks officiating. 
Arrangements are by Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore. Mrs. Manning died Saturday, August 4, 
2007, in Kilgore, at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Mrs. Manning was born to Harry and Roxie Ogden, deceased, in El Dorado, Arkansas, on 
June 27, 1930. Patricia retired after more than 17 years of service for Sabine ISD in 
the food service department. She was a member of the Post Oak Road Church of Christ and 
dearly loved her Christian family. Patricia was sweet, caring, and self-sacrificing in 
serving God and others. She loved her family and her last wishes included that her 
family be happy and join her in Heaven.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Robert L. Manning Sr.; four daughters and 
sons-in-law, Deborah and Mike Plyler of Pottsboro, Cheryl and Doug Maxwell of Kilgore, 
Tammy Roxanne and Paul Hunt of Kilgore and Terri and Donald Morrow of Liberty City; one 
son and daughter-in-law, Robert Lee Manning Jr. and wife, Terrie, of Kilgore. She was 
blessed with 11 grandchildren, Brandy Plyler of Pottsboro, Bryan Maxwell of Plano, 
Benji Maxwell of Liberty City, Dalton Barnes of Allen, Trey Manning of Conway, Ark., 
Patricia Noel of San Diego, Calif., Bob Barnes of Durant, Okla., Bridget Martin of 
Kilgore, Texas Manning of Liberty City, Laci Morrow of Lakeport and Lori Morrow of 
Liberty City. Great-grandchildren include Brooke Tackett, Deborah Tackett, Braden 
Plyler, Kayden Manning and Brooklyn Maxwell. One sister, Florine Parker of Kilgore 
survives Mrs. Manning.

One grandson, Christopher Maxwell, and one brother, Glenn Ogden, precede her in death.

Visitation will be 6-8 this evening, August 6, 2007, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University 
Blvd. Tyler, TX 75702.
