Services for Judith Lynn Melton, 60, of Longview, will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Denton at 
a later date. A memorial tribute was held August 3, 2007, by the Special Needs Class at First 
Baptist Church. Cremation arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home.

Born April 7, 1947, in Mineral Wells, she died August 1, 2007. Survivors include her sister, 
Becky Pruitt.

Ms. Melton was born April 7, 1947, in Mineral Wells, Texas, to Doyle E. Melton and Mary Sue 
Simmons Melton. God's special angel, Judy, joined her mother, father and nephew, Clark, in 
Heaven on August 1, 2007.

Survivors include her sister, Becky Pruitt of Longview; uncle, Jack Simmons; and nephew, 
Lance McWhorter.
