Miller, Dorothy "Dottie" Memorial services for Dorothy "Dottie" Miller, 80, of Longview ,will be at 2 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2007, at the chapel of Welch Funeral Home, 4619 Judson Road, with Chaplain Don Ross officiating. Mrs. Miller passed away on Friday, September 21, 2007, under hospice care. Mrs. Miller was born February 13, 1927, in Mineola, to Haskell and Nina Elliott Tull. She graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in Monroe, Louisiana. She then attended North East Junior College, where she met her husband, Paul. They were married for 62 years after he returned from World War II. She and Paul were members of First Christian Church and the Elks Lodge. Additionally, they were the original owners of Paul's Photography and Ark-La- Tex Color Lab from 1948-1988, where they spent 40 years working together to build the businesses until their retiring and selling the business. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, JoAnn Miller Biggs; and brother, Eugene Tull. Survivors include her loving husband, Paul of Longview; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Ken Estes of Longview; son and daughter-in-law, David and Debbie Miller of Mesquite; grandchildren, Derek Miller, Bret Miller, Skye Estes, Jace Estes, Evan Estes and Justin Biggs; great-grandchildren, Brianna Miller and Brandon Miller; special family member, Glenda Miller of Allen; brothers and sister-in-law, Robert Tull of Amarillo, and Joe and Vivian Tull of Jacksonville, Florida; and special friend, Bill Keese of Longview.
