Miller, Melodie Watts   	 

CARTHAGE - Services for Melodie Watts Miller, 44, of Beckville, will be at 
10 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. 
W.C. "Bill" Everett officiating. Interment will be in Memory Park Cemetery 
of Longview.

Services are under the direction of Hawthorn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Watts died Thursday, June 14, 2007, at her home in Beckville.

Melodie Elaine Watts was born June 4, 1963, in Longview, to Johnny Elvis 
and Joyce Elaine Watts. She attended Longview Baptist Temple and earned her 
degree in cosmetology. She worked as a beautician for several nursing homes 
in the area as well as private practice.

A member of Central Baptist Church, Melodie was very loving and kind-hearted, 
always willing to give of her time and talents. She loved to shop at Flea 
Markets and play with her dogs.

Melodie was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, Johnnie 
Richard and Marie Watts.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Miller of Beckville; stepmother, Juanita 
Watts; daughter, Johnnie Watts of Texarkana; and brothers, Kevin Watts of 
Longview and Kim Watts of Austin.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening, June 19, 2007, 
at Hawthorn Funeral Home.
