Pannell, Carol Dianne 


Memorial services for Carol Dianne Pannell, 46, of Longview, will be 4 p.m. 
Tuesday, August 1, 2006, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 
in Henderson, with Bishop Tim Fulgham officiating. Cremation arrangements 
are by East Texas Funeral Home. Mrs. Pannell died July 26, 2006, at her 
residence. Born June 30, 1960, in Little Rock, Ark., she was a loving mother, 
grandmother and sister. Survivors include her son, David Webster; daughter, 
April Dawn Draper; brother, Robert Kirkland; and sisters, Christi McMillian 
and Cindy Howle.
