Powell, James "Randy"

A memorial service for James "Randy" Powell, 45, of Longview, 
will be at a later date. Mr. Powell passed away February 22, 
2007, in Longview. He was born September 20, 1961, in Hawthorne, 
Calif. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Powell; sisters, 
Kathy and Michelle Powell; uncle, Tommy Welch; special niece, 
Brittany Lane; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and 
great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James E. 
Powell. It was Mr. Powell's wishes that his body be donated to 
the Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. A memorial guestbook
