IRVING - Thomas D. "Tommy" Pruitt, 66, of Kilgore, formerly of Longview, died 
Tuesday, November 22, 2007, at a hospice in Tyler.

Born November 9, 1941, in Austin, he was the son of Clarence Pershing Pruitt 
and Effie Belle Cochran Pruitt. A retired auto body repair man, he enjoyed 
hunting and fishing and was studying watch repair. He was a member of Mobberly 
Baptist Church in Longview.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Jesse Pruitt,.

He is survived by his children, Emily Pruitt and Daniel Pruitt of Longview, 
Tammy Pruitt of Seguin, Melissa Pruitt of Austin, and David Pruitt of 
Kilgore; grandchildren, Caitlyn Pruitt, Brayden Pruitt and Julian Pruitt; 
and a brother, Clarence Pruitt of Dallas.

No service will be held.
