Rider-Oakley, Betty 

On July 8, 2006, Betty began a joyous and peaceful new life in the hands of 
the Lord. Though she will be missed greatly, we are so thankful for the 
peace and serenity she has now and for the time spent with her on earth as 
a wife, mother, sister, and friend. We will cherish her memory forever. 
Betty is survived by her husband, Robert Oakley; her children, Lisa Lyons, 
Aaron and Amber Huffman, Bobby and Angel Oakley, and Karla and Mike Olecsik; 
sister, Debra Rider-Jones; and grandchildren, Tayler Lyons, Keeton Lyons, 
Alexis Huffman, Bo and Amy Oakley, and Spencer Olecsik. A private service 
will be held in honor of Betty. Cremation arrangements are under the 
direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Please send any memorial 
donations to the American Breast Cancer Foundation or St. Joseph Hospice 
in Shreveport, La. We wish to thank both foundations at this time for all 
their kindness, support, and attention.
