Roberts, Marie   	

Services for Marie Roberts, 85, of Cathedral City, California, will be held 
at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2007, at the Welch Funeral Home Chapel, 4619 
Judson Road, with the Rev. Dewayne Beaty officiating. Entombment will follow 
in Lakeview Mausoleum.

Mrs. Roberts passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2007.

Mrs. Roberts was born September 11, 1921, in Texas, to William H. Craig and 
Ida Mae Waller Craig. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Longview, 
and she lived in Longview for 12 years before moving to the West Coast.

Survivors include her husband, James Ray Roberts of Longview; son and daughter-
in-law, Curtis and Margaret Roberts of Cathedral City, California; sister, Alva 
Carter; brothers, Mel Craig, Bob Craig and Donald Craig; stepson, Michael 
Roberts; stepdaughter and spouse, Becky and Barney Rowe; five grandchildren; 
and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at 6 p.m. this evening, June 15, 2007, at the 
funeral home.
