Russ, Elinor Bunt   	

MARSHALL - Services for Elinor Bunt Russ, 84, of Hallsville, will be at 10 a.m. 
Monday, July 16, 2007, at First United Methodist Church of Hallsville, with the 
Rev. Shinia Kelsey and the Rev. Jeff Hastings officiating. Interment will be in 
Memory Park Cemetery of Longview. Arrangements are under the direction of 
Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home.

Mrs. Russ passed away July 13, 2007, in Longview.

She was born April 19, 1923, in the Walkers Mill Community, to Felton and Lura 
Williams Bunt.

Mrs. Russ married Wendell W. Russ on May 26, 1952, in Lewisville, Ark. She was 
the secretary and bookkeeper for Bunt Lumber Co. for more than 20 years. She 
loved to travel and was a wonderful cook. She loved to bake German chocolate 
cakes for friends and family. She was a member of the First United Methodist 
Church of Hallsville for more than 50 years.

Mrs. Russ was preceded in death by her parents, Felton and Lura Williams Bunt.

Survivors include her husband, Wendell W. Russ of Hallsville; daughter, Carol 
Russ Coppedge of Longview; grandchildren, Russ Walker and wife, Shanah, Emily 
Walker Faulkner and husband, Heath, Catherine Coppedge and Dodgion Coppedge; 
great-grandchildren, Natalie, Hannah and Garrett; sister, May Bunt Henley; and 
brother and sister-in-law, Clyde and Betty Bunt.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Bunt, George Gillespie, Ken Huffman, James Brightwell, 
Hatley Brumble and Tucker Vasser.

Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Clark, James Lagrone, David Wengender and 
Robert Key.

Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church Building 
Fund, P.O. Box 365, Hallsville, TX 75650.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2007, at 
Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home in Marshall.
