Sack, William Julius Services for William Julius Sack, 77, will be 10 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2006, at Fellowship Bible Church, with Pastor Jim Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at 2:15 p.m. in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening, February 23, 2006, at the funeral home. Mr. Sack passed away Monday morning, February 20, 2006, at a local hospital. Mr. Sack was born October 30, 1928, in Glen Head, N.Y., to William and Josephine Sack. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After the military, he sold insurance for Prudential for 28 years, before moving to Longview in 1991 with his wife, Edith. He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church and drove a school bus for Pine Tree High School for a number of years. Bill is survived by his wife of 53 years, Edith; son, William Paul Sack of Ft. Worth; sisters Dorothy O'Brien and Elsie Cameron; and grandsons, William Julius Sack II, Frank Leander Sack, and Paul Andrew Sack. A memorial guestbook may be signed online at www.raderfh.com.
