Smith, James Kenneth 

Services for James Kenneth "Pops" Smith, 68, of Longview, will be 11 a.m. 
today, July 7, 2006, at Forest Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Charles Barham 
officiating. Arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home. Mr. Smith died 
July 5, 2006, at his residence. Born January 1, 1938, in Antlers, Okla., he 
was a construction worker and hunter, and loved fishing and sports. Survivors 
include his wife, Earlene Smith; son, Corey S. Smith; daughters, Katrina 
Ellen Richardson and Ilona Lynn Drouin; brothers, Frank Smith and Alvin 
Smith; and sister, Oda Smith.
