Services for Pauline Adele Stuart, 91, of Longview, will be 10 a. m. Thursday, May 3, 2012, at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Kevin Bright officiating. Burial will follow in the Grange Hall Cemetery at Marshall. Mrs. Stuart died Thursday afternoon, April 26, at a local care facility.

She was born May 13, 1920, in Marshall, Texas, to Fred Irvin and Maggie Ruth Wheeler. Adele was a devoted wife and mother but also worked in a floral shop and as a caregiver to many children. She was a member of the Oakland Heights Baptist Church where she served in both childcare and food services during her 35+ years of membership.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Stuart and a son, David Stuart; also a sister, Grace Harper and two brothers, Irvin Wheeler and Emory Wheeler. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Bill Brandt of Palm Bay, Florida; Janet and Chuck Renshaw of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Jean and Bryan Wall of Sugarland, Texas; grandchildren, William Brandt and Amity Brandt Speck; Chad, Keith, and Kyle Renshaw; and Andrew and Kristen Wall; sister Ruth Beck, of Henderson, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home Wednesday, May 2, 2012, from 5-7 p.m.
