Tarpley, Thelma E.   	

GLADEWATER - Services for Thelma E. Tarpley, 96, of Gladewater, will be held at 
a later date in Desdemona. Burial will be in Desdemona Cemetery. Arrangements 
are by Nowlin Funeral Home, 304 S. Austin St., De Leon. Local arrangements are 
by Croley Funeral Home of Gladewater. Mrs. Tarpley died September 13, 2007.

Born July 5, 1911, in Dublin, she was a retired bookkeeper/secretary for 
Spencer-Harris Co. Survivors include her daughters, Margie Graves and Vivian 
Petrea; and sons, John L. Tarpley, James M. Tarpley and Jerry S. Tarpley.
