Services for Aubrey Minton Terry, 97, of Longview, will be at 1 
p.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, at Welch Funeral Home Garden Court 
at 4619 Judson Road, with the Rev. Bobby Shows officiating. 
Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery. Mr. Terry died March 
7, 2007, at a local medical center.

Born December 30, 1909, in Marshall, he was a National Guard 
veteran, retired from United Gas and a Baptist. Survivors include 
his children, Jerrell Terry, Betsy Jean Freeman and Peggy Jane 
Shows. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2007, at 
the funeral home.

gardening, hunting and fishing. He was a Baptist. He was retired 
from United Gas and was a veteran of the National Guard. He was 
preceded in death by his wife, Corrie Baker Terry; parents, 
Joseph and Mattie Terry; and his siblings. Survivors include his 
children, Jerrell and Judy Terry of Longview, Betsy Jean Freeman 
of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Peggy Jane and Bobby Shows of Holts 
Summit, Mo.; grandchildren, Jay and Karol Terry of Diana, Joel 
and Kim Terry of Fort Worth, Michael and Terri Freeman of 
Nebraska, Darrell and Janel Freeman of Florida, Ron and Claudette 
Freeman of Indiana, Gail and Jim Bartholomew of Nebraska, Doug 
and Corrine Shows of Georgia and Cynthia and Steve Walker of 
Illinois; great-grandchildren, McKinley, McKayla, Zane, Eric, 
Taylor, Victoria, Jessica, Amber, Kelon, Megan, Emily, Alison, 
John, Cole and Caleb; sister-in-law, Grace Waskom of Marshall; 
and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to
