Watts Jr., Joe M. 

Graveside services for Joe M. Watts Jr., 61, of Longview, will be 10 a.m. Friday, 
April 28, 2006, at Gum Springs Cemetery, with the Reverend Marion Coon officiating. 
Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Watts passed 
away Monday, April 24, 2006, at a local hospital. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. 
Thursday evening, April 27, 2006, at the funeral home. Joe was born September 1, 1944, 
to Joseph and Cleo Watts. He had been in the East Texas area since 1977. Mr. Watts 
enjoyed farming and ranching and spending time with his family. He is survived by his 
wife of 28 years, Darlene Watts; son and daughter-in-law, Jody and Shannon Watts; 
step-son, Ron Wade; daughter and son-in-law, Laqueta and Rick Ramsey; one brother; 
four sisters; six grandchildren; and one great-grand- child. A memorial guestbook may
