Watts, Joyce E. Coston Graveside services for Joyce E. Coston Watts will be 11 a.m. Thursday, August 16, 2006, at Rosewood Cemetery, with the Rev. James Davis officiating. Mrs. Watts fought a courageous battle with cancer. She passed away with all her sisters by her side. Mrs. Watts had been disabled since 1977, but it never stopped her from caring for her animals and any strays that needed a kind word. She was an avid collector of dolls, country music, and knickknacks. She was born October 23, 1940, to Oscar Eugene Coston and Mildred Sparkman. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Frankie Brown; and sisters, Virginia Coston, Lois Massey, and Pat Swaim. She is survived by her son, Curtis Crabtree; granddaughter, Pasha Brown; grandson, Clayton Brown, Jason Crabtree, and Michael Rowan; and great-granddaughter, Peyton Crabtree; sisters, Velma Nugent of Diana, Thelma Sherrod of Mesquite, Glenda Olson of Kilgore, and Peggy Nevill of Longview; and longtime friend, Floyd Chinn.
