Wells Sr., David James 

Services for David James Wells Sr. will be 2 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2006, at Red 
Oak Baptist Church. Burial will be in Perry Clay Cemetery. Arrangements are by Stanmore 
Funeral Home of Longview. Born in New Orleans, La., he was an "over-the-road" truck 
driver and member of True Vine Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, 
Earnestine Matthews Wells; father, Clyde Wells Sr.; brothers, James Wells and Leroy 
Wells; daughter, Christine Wells; and son, David J. Wells Jr.
