Williams, Elda Marie
   	
Elda Marie Williams, 88, was born March 26, 1918, in Shelby, 
Ohio, to Byron and Bessie Martin Fackler, and she passed away 
on December 18, 2006, at a local nursing home. Cremation 
arrangements are under the direction of Welch Funeral Home at 
4619 Judson Road. Mrs. Williams always had a smile and loved 
her children. Her children were always in her heart. Mrs. 
Williams always put others ahead of herself and always believed 
in God first, family, others, and then self. She was a day-care 
worker. She is survived by her husband, Chester J. Williams; 
two sons, Byron Williams and wife, Linda, and Norman W. Williams 
and wife, Ann; daughter, Donna M. Williams; grandson, Ronny 
Williams and wife, Angela, and their daughter, Allison; grandson, 
Scott Williams and wife, Eve, and their daughter, Ava; 
granddaughter, April Taylor and husband, Rusty, and their son, 
Zachary; granddaughter, Tina Lingle and her daughter, Haley 
Schramm; and grandsons, Chad Cliff and Matthew Cliff. A memorial 
service will be held at a later date. An online registry may be

Byron C. Williams, Norman Williams, and Donna Williams,
