Williamson, Edith "Betty" 

KILGORE -- Graveside services for Edith "Betty" Williamson, 82, of Kilgore, 
will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2006, at the New Addition Cemetery in 
Palestine. Mrs. Williamson died Sunday, June 18, 2006, in Longview. She was 
born November 4, 1923, in Forest Hills, England. Mrs. Williamson and her 
husband, Webb, moved to Palestine in 1946. She was a homemaker whose family 
moved to Kilgore in 1955. Mrs. Williamson was proud of her British heritage 
and was a member of the "British Club" of Longview. She was a former member 
of the First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Williamson is survived by her sons, 
David Williamson and his wife, Peggy, of St. Louis, Missouri, Donal 
Williamson of Longview, and Tim Williamson of Beacon, New York; a daughter, 
Lavella Rose Minor of Longview; four grandchildren, Paul Williamson of Dallas, 
Anna Lynn Dukes of Houston, Tina Langford of Longview, and Kim Williamson of 
Missouri; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial 
contributions may be made to the American Lung Association. The family will 
receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday evening, June 22, 2006, at Rader
