Wood, Jim Mac 

KILGORE -- Private family graveside services for Jim Mac Wood, 63, of Kilgore, 
will be held at a later date. Mr. Wood died Monday, September 18, 2006, at his 
home in Kilgore. He was born July 4, 1943, in Kilgore, to L.M. and Bernice Wood. 
Mr. Wood was a graduate of Kilgore High School, Kilgore College, and Stephen F. 
Austin State University. He taught in the Kilgore public schools, and he was a 
local homebuilder and an instructor at Kilgore College. Mr. Wood is survived by 
his wife, Barbara Wood of Kilgore; four sons, Chad and his wife, Tami Wood of 
Kilgore, Lucas and his wife, Jennifer Wood of Kilgore, Ethan Wood of Kilgore, 
and Josh Wood of Kilgore; three grandchildren, Hannah Wood of Kilgore, Daniel 
Wood of Kilgore, and Leah Wood of Kilgore; a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry 
and Regna Wood of Kilgore; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in 
death by his parents; two brothers, Louis and Sam Wood; and a sister, Pat Pricer. 
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice. The family will 
receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening, September 21, 2006, at Rader
