Wyer, Leon Lamar 

Funeral services for Leon Lamar Wyer, 66, of Longview, will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, 
May 25, 2006, at the chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Road, with the 
Reverend Don Puckett and the Reverend Melvin Boatright officiating. Burial will 
follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery, under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of 
Longview. Mr. Wyer passed away Saturday, May 20, 2006, in Longview. He was born 
June 5, 1939, in El Campo, Texas. Mr. Wyer was a selmployed contractor. He was a 
member of The Lord's House of Spring Hill in Longview. Mr. Wyer is survived by three 
sons, Steven Wyer and wife, Loretta, of Channelview, Dale Wyer and wife, Stacey, of 
Whitehouse, and Howard Wyer and wife, Tonya, of Tyler; mother, Ina Wyer of Edna; two 
sisters, Bobbie Jean Capps of Longview, and Joyce Grant of Longview; brother, J.W. 
Wyer and wife, Toni, of Edna; very special nephew, Leeland Hardage; and several 
grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. 
Wednesday evening, May 24, 2006, at the funeral home.
