According to family sources, Robert and Jane Anderson Field Hightower are buried in same grave under the old cedar tree. Both died somewhere between 1842 and 1850. Also two of Richard Lee Hightower's three wives are buried here along with his sister Sarah and brother James, (who both died young and unmarried) plus several young children, and more of the Field's family.
