Aucoin Jr., Camille Augustin

MARSHALL -- Mass of Christian burial for Camille Augustin 
Aucoin Jr., 78, of Marshall, will be 10 a.m. Monday, 
December 4, 2006, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marshall 
with Father Denzil Vithanage officiating. Interment, with 
military rites, will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. 
Arrangements are by Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Aucoin died 
December 2, 2006, at a Shreveport , La., hospital. Born 
October 3, 1928, in Port Allen, La., he served in the U.S. 
Air Force in Korea, retired from Thiokol Corporation as a 
senior engineer in 1991, and was a member of the Knights of 
Columbus Marshall Chapter No. 1422 since 1964. Survivors 
include his wife, Edna Beatrice Adams Aucoin; daughters, Mary 
Ann Haynes, Barbara Sontag, Emily Angel and Angela St. John; 
brother, Melvin Aucoin; and sisters, Nellie Gros and Joni-Su 
CambreĢ. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, December 3, 2006, 
at the funeral home. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Online
