Baker, Lovie Ray

MARSHALL -- Services for Lovie Ray Baker, 84, of Marshall, will be 2 
p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at Colonial Chapel of Sullivan-Heaster 
Funeral Home, with Dr. Franklin Atkinson and the Rev. Rennie Baker 
officiating. Interment will be in Restland Cemetery of Waskom. Mr. Baker 
died December 3, 2006, in Marshall. Born May 14, 1922, in Panola County, 
he was a U.S. Army veteran and a longtime heavy equipment operator. 
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee George Baker; daughters, Jane Baker 
Boultinghouse and Mary Joyce Laenger; and sons, Henry Lee Gribble and 
Buster Gribble. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
