Banks, Helen Ruth Scally    

MARSHALL -- Graveside services for Helen Ruth Scally Banks, 79, of Marshall, will be 2 p.m. Friday, 
August 11, 2006, at Horton Cemetery in Delta County, with the Rev. James Runnels officiating. 
Arrangements are by Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home. Mrs. Banks died August 9, 2006, in Longview. Born 
September 18, 1926, in Delta County, she was a longtime elementary teacher in Skellytown and Waskom. 
Survivors include her daughter, Sally Banks Michels; son, John Michael Banks; brother, Billy Forrest 
Scally; and sisters, Doris Nell Burns and Sue Ann Swartz. Visitation will be 5-6 p.m. today at the 
funeral home.
