Brown, Mary Jenkins

MARSHALL - Services for Mary Jenkins Brown, 97, of Karnack, will be 
at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2007, at Pleasant Hill CME Church in 
Karnack, with the Rev. Paul V. Taylor officiating. Burial will be in 
Antioch Cemetery of Leigh. Arrangements are by Lewis Funeral Home. Mrs. 
Brown died May 24, 2007, in Fort Worth.

Born June 1, 1909, in Karnack, she was a member of Heroines of Jericho. 
Survivors include her sons, Jake Hayward and Richard Hayward; and 
daughters, Mary Frances Downs and Mildred Scott.
