GLADEWATER -- Services for Virginia Byrd, 83, of Hallsville, 
formerly of Bradley, Ark., will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, 
February 3, 2007, at Hallsville Church of Christ, with 
Brother Joe Hancock officiating. Interment will follow at 3 
p.m. in Walnut Cemetery in Bradley, Ark. Dearion & Davis 
Funeral Parlor in Gladewater is in charge of arrangements. 
She was born April 8, 1923, in Bradley, Ark. She died Tuesday 
morning, January 30, 2007, at a Longview nursing center. She 
was a faithful member of the Hallsville Church of Christ. 
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, David and Lana 
Byrd of Jacksonville, North Carolina; a daughter and 
son-in-law, Dianna and Danny Bryant of Hallsville, Texas; 
grandchildren; and other relatives. Memorial contributions 
may be made to Hallsville Church of Christ or Alzheimer's 
Association. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. 
Friday evening, February 2, 2007, at the Hallsville Church of 
Christ in Hallsville.
