Carter, Vivian Nell 

MARSHALL -- Services for Vivian Nell Carter, 65, of Waskom, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2006, 
at First Church of Nazarene, with the Rev. S.E. Stiles officiating. Arrangements are by 
Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home. Ms. Carter died May 16, 2006, in Longview. Born December 15, 1940, 
in Justicebird, she was devoted to her family. Survivors include her daughter, Vernetta Patrick; 
sons, Terry Weatherman and Scott Carter; mother, Gladys Manross; sisters, Virginia McPherson, Linda 
Kiser, and Goldie Weaver; and brother, Ernest Samples. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the 
funeral home.
