Coleman, Ernestine Gibson Services for Ernestine Gibson Coleman, 74, of Hallsville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2007, at the Welch Funeral Home Chapel, 4619 Judson Road, with the Rev. Jeff Hastings officiating. Burial will follow in Noonday Cemetery. Mrs. Coleman passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2007, at her residence. Mrs. Coleman was born November 30, 1932, in Marshall, to Ernest and Donnie Perry Gibson. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Hallsville. She enjoyed square dancing, was a member of the "Lucky Squares" and also enjoyed spending time fishing and camping. She was preceded in death by husband of 55 years, Bobby Coleman, in 2005. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Donald Baker of Hallsville; sons and daughter-in-law, Steve and Lisa Coleman of Gordon, and Kent Coleman of Longview; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Shirley Gibson of White Oak; sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Lewis Hudson of Lufkin; sisters-in-law, Reba Gibson of Marshall, Johnnie Marie Gibson of Longview and Glenda Johnston of Hallsville; brother-in-law, Tommy and Barbara Coleman of Hallsville; grandchildren, Kerry, Jayme, Clint, Kyle, Shaye, Heath and Dustin; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Breanna, Jackson, Caleb and Addy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
