Cox, Gerald Ray

MARSHALL - Services for Gerald Ray Cox, 65, of Marshall, will be 4 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, 
2007, at the chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Cox died August 4, 2007, at his residence.   

Born September 18, 1941. in Dalton, Mo., he was owner of Wards Restaurant in Marshall for 
24 years and a member of Cypress Valley Bible Church. Survivors include his wife, Suzanne; 
daughters, Kathy Stevens, Kimberly Cox, Kristen Cox and Kyla Trusty; mother, Geraldine Cox; 
sister, Alline Smith; and brother, Russell Cox. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, August 
6, 2007, at the funeral home.
