Dotie, Clyde

MARSHALL - Services for Clyde Dotie, 70, of Karnack, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 
29, 2007, at Downs Funeral Home Chapel, with Elder Cas Love Jr. officiating. Interment will 
follow in Antioch Cemetery of Leigh. Mr. Dotie died September 25, 2007, at his residence.

Born July 4, 1937, in Karnack, he was a retired truck driver and member of Leigh Water 
Committee and Pleasant Hill CME Church. Survivors include his wife, Beulah May Dotie; sons, 
Larry R. Dotie, Rufus E. Dotie, Silvester Dotie, Randy Dotie and Willie M. Hicks; daughter, 
Ruby Dotie Spencer; mother, Emma Vaughn Dotie; and brother, L.J. Dotie. Visitation will be 
at 3 p.m. Friday, September 28, 2007.
