Dukes, Bessie Henderson 

MARSHALL -- Services for Bessie Henderson Dukes, 89, of Marshall, 
will be noon Saturday, August 19, 2006, at Texas and Louisiana 
Association Building, with the Rev. Clyde Bennett officiating. 
Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery of Leigh. Arrangements are by 
Lewis Funeral Home. Mrs. Dukes was born June 11, 1917, in Karnack, 
and she died August 10, 2006, in Marshall. Survivors include her 
sons, Lorenza Dukes and Larry Dukes; and daughters, Clarice Bennett, 
Stella Rose, Bessie Wright, and Carolyn Black.
