Evey, Diane Marie 

Memorial services for Diane Marie Evey, 44, of Hallsville, will be 2 p.m. Monday, 
August 7, 2006, at the Macedonia Baptist Church, with the Rev. Steve Cochran 
officiating. Diane died Friday morning, August 4, 2006, at a Longview hospital. 
She was born July 19, 1962, in Auburn, New York, to David and Joanne Casler Atwater. 
A five-year resident of the Hallsville area, Diane was a homemaker, an instructor of 
medical records technology, and a member of the Highland Presbyterian Church of 
Florence, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by a son, Joshua King Lessmeier. She 
is survived by a son, Robbie Lessmeier of Hallsville; a brother, David Atwater of 
Auburn, New York; and a sister, Donna Atwater of Ocala, Florida. Memorial
