Harber, Chester Lee

MARSHALL -- Memorial services for Chester Lee Harber, 63, of 
Marshall, will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at Abundant 
Life Assembly of God Church with Bro. Carl Williams officiating. 
Arrangements are by Meadowbrook Funeral Home. Mr. Harber died 
November 24, 2006, in Shreveport, La. Born March 1, 1943, in 
Marshall, he served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War, 
was chief water operator for the city of Marshall until retirement 
in 1997, and was a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God Church. 
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Harber; daughters, Lisa Cochran 
and Tiffany Self; sons, Patrick Harber and Timothy Ratley; sister, 
Betty Sue Carney; and brothers, Carroll, Charles and Tommy Harber.
