Hess, Lewis "Hoss"

MARSHALL - Services for Lewis "Hoss" Hess, 72, of Waskom, will be at 10 a.m. 
Saturday, June 23, 2007, at Downs Funeral Home, with Pastor Shane Johnson 
officiating. Interment will follow in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Hess 
died June 20, 2007, in Shreveport, La.

Born June 7, 1935, in Paris, he was a heavy equipment operator, active member 
of Houston Trailride and American Quarter Horse Association and a Methodist. 
Survivors include his wife, Janice Treadway Hess; daughter, Shelley D. Hess; 
and sister, Dorothy Jo Whaley. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at the 
funeral home.
