Jones, Obie "Uncle Obie" 


MARSHALL -- Graveside services for Obie "Uncle Obie" Jones, 
88, of Marshall, will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2006, at 
Eagle Creek Cemetery in Harleton, with the Rev. Kenneth 
Flanagan officiating. Arrangements are by Sullivan-Heaster 
Funeral Home. Mr. Jones died July 14, 2006, in Longview. 
Born August 29, 1917, in Harleton, he worked for the city 
of Marshall for many years and was a member of Clearview 
Baptist Church. Visitation will be 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at 
the funeral home.
