Kornegay, Turner

MARSHALL - Services for Turner Kornegay, 58, of Marshall, will be at 2 
p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Downs Funeral Home Chapel. Interment 
will follow in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Kornegay died May 16, 2007, 
in Tyler.

Born May 26, 1948, in Carthage, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served 
during the Vietnam War, lead technician for General Cable and a Baptist. 
Survivors include his son, Jason Wayne Kornegay; mother, Lula Mae Kornegay; 
and brothers, Johnny Kornegay and Paul Joe Kornegay. Visitation will be 
from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
