H.B. ‘Bart’ Robinson - August 19, 2003 MARSHALL — Services for H.B. “Bart” Robinson, 70, of Karnack will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2003, at the First United Methodist Church in Marshall with the Rev. Joel McMahon, the Rev. Don Dodge, Dr. Pat Day, Bob Bryant, the Rev. Eddie Hillyer and John Clayce officiating. Interment will follow in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Mr. Robinson died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2003, in Longview. He was born Dec. 18, 1932, in Cisco. He attended high school in Merkel, and his college years were spent at Tarleton State, Texas Tech and LeTourneau colleges. He served in the U.S. Army as a sergeant in Weisbaden, Germany. He was a Mason and a member of Wingate Lodge No. 1042 in Winters. In 1973, he moved to Karnack and was the owner of Maverick Awards and Gifts. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Marshall. Bart was a blessing to his family and a positive influence in their lives.
