Ruffin, Alvin J. 

MARSHALL -- Services for Alvin J. Ruffin, 51, of Longview, will 
be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2006, at Antioch Baptist Church in 
Leigh, with the Rev. Paul Todd Sr. officiating. Burial will follow 
in Antioch Cemetery of Leigh. Arrangements are by Lewis Funeral 
Home. Mr. Ruffin died March 29, 2006, in Longview. He was born 
July 22, 1954, in Kansas City, Kan. Survivors include his mother, 
Girtha Ruffin; father, the Rev. Calvin Ruffin; and sisters, Loretta 
Ruffin, Glenda Ruffin, Evelyn Hurn, and Emily Craft.
