Slack, Helen M.

MARSHALL -- Memorial services for Helen M. Slack, 77, of Marshall, will 
be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at Colonial Chapel of 
Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home, with the Rev. Pat Day and the Rev. Don 
Dodge officiating. Interment will follow in Kenton, Okla. Mrs. Slack 
died October 28, 2006, in Marshall. Born April 19, 1929, in Boise City, 
Okla., she was an accomplished musician, poet, artist, and floral designer. 
Survivors include her husband, Herb Slack; sons, Larry Slack and Stan Slack; 
brother, Marion Moore; and sisters, Gerry Tharp and Leola Wilson. Visitation 
will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
